SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES:
- Niv’s humming bird engage Aus Post as preferred delivery partner.
- The delivery option you choose (Standard or Express), these will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
- Time frame for product delivery is completely dependent on Aus Post standard guidelines.
- Any delay resulting due to Aus Post un-avoidable circumstances is out of our control (Ex- Holiday period, regional location, Custom clearance etc.).
- All orders are dispatched from our Shop location based at Gateway Shopping Centre, Shop T11, 1 Roystonea Avenue, Yarrawonga, Palmerston NT 0830.
- We endeavor to process orders within 1-4 business days. Please expect slight delay during Holiday/ Vacation.

- Missing Parcels: Niv’s Hummingbird is not taking any responsibility, in case parcel goes missing in transit. Niv’s Hummingbird will share tracking number of customer parcel to track with delivery partner.
